I had an appointment today a to meet with this person and tried to reconfirm it a full hour before our pre-arranged appointment time with no response. I arrived early just in case they did also and have waited well after the designated time at the designated place. Their cellphone mailbox isn’t set up and my calls only rang once before it picked up and gave me the recording, so I assume that his phone is off. Thanks for wasting my time and gasoline buddy!
