I uploaded my pages, why don't I see my site?

May I use my own scripts and what is the scope of technical support?
The ability to run custom CGI, Java, PHP and other scripts on your account allows you to add customized functionality to your Web site. All of our hosting plans include a private cgi-bin directory for each domain and have the ability to run scripts. These scripts must be written in certain scripting languages and be stored in certain directories on the server.

Officially, our support covers the functionality of the software required to run the scripts but does not cover any design or programming issues.
