I seen someone post about this on FB. I dont know about both wrecks but one was a head on collision. A woman in one of the cars was air lifted to Baptist. Three young boys in other car, one of them where also air lifted to Baptist other two sent to WRMC.

Aircare 2 and Aircare 3 (two different helicopters) came to get the patients from the Dehart wreck at North Wilkes Middle School. Now Aircare 2 is back at WRMC to get the patient from the Highway 16/18 wreck.
Dangerous day to be on the roads in Wilkes.

Aircare is back at WRMC for the wreck on the bridge getting off 421 toward 16/18 went through it about 20 minutes ago and they were still trying to get the person out of the wrecked car.

Another bad wreck in Wilkesboro at 16/18. Air care going to the hospital. Male had to be cut out of vehicle.

Anyone know what happened on dehart church road just a little bit ago? Heard someone wrecked and was going to get flew to Baptist...
