So throwing candy in the street for children to fetch was not dangerous enough in broad daylight?

"They going to throw candy out this year?"...no the powers that be have determined it is dangerous because kids are so dumb that they will run in front of a moving firetruck or float for a piece of penny candy

Satan.....U mean, the parents are so dumb that they would let their children run loose like that.
yep! like they say..."the apple doesn't fall far from the tree"

Contrary to popular belief, the kids who ran in front of floats and trucks were not the children of dumb and lazy parents. Those kids were not in the road by accident at all. Have you ever had to sit through a parade with small children who are jacked up on Christmas candy?
I'm just sayin'.

Them kids should be whupped for getting jacked up on candy and being unruly. I wonder who was watching them and feeding them all that candy?

Obviously, this is just a guess on my part, but I'm guessing that the Xmas parade is Dec 06, 2014, which is one week from this Saturday; you're welcome.
