Did go to Miller's, found a great tree at a reasonable price. Travel 18 North, look for their sign on the right, at the top of the mountain -- "Don and Edna Miller". If you've reached the Parkway, then you have passed their place.

The Wagoners are nice people, just on the right after the top of the mountain.Just a tad further on the right is the Deal`s choose and cut, where Roger Mathis had his Xmas tree farm. They haul folks around in a trailer with a tractor up the mountain.Really family fun.

Miller's going up 18N- at the top of the mountain. Lovely family owned business and beautiful trees. Good prices too.

I'm asking for recommendations for a grower of live trees that we can visit this coming Friday.
Price and quality are my concerns.
Those located up 421, just before Boone, seem the most noticeable, but we have bought from farms up Hwy 16 and Hwy 18 in the past.
Thanks
