I have never had anything red flagged so I have no idea what it means. Good luck with that.

I just replied to a simple posting, no bad language, bashing, etc. I hit send and get in red :Your posting has been flagged . It make take up to three hours to check. Has this ever happened to you? What does it mean? Does Jason randomly check postings?
