Supervisors are just a waste of money. I don't know in this situation, yet he/she probably ran like a scalded dog if he/she was even the in area. The lead or group leader intervened, an well you know the rest of outcome.

Charles Atlas used to have a program to help skinny folk who were picked on.

I want everybody to hear this. The boy that done the stabbing had been picked on by the two boys that got stabbed for over three months, and he had went to his supervisor on several occasions, and the supervisor did nothing about it. Finally the supervisor told the boy for him to deal with it. The boy stabbed them and went and told him he dealt with it.

It's awful people will pick on others to the point they finally have to defend themselves and it comes to this. But I have to say, they ask for it.
I worked there in the 80es and I weighed 140 pounds and I was being picked on for several months too. I told the supervisor, with no results, same way. It got to A point I was thinking about bringing a gun to work, but instead, I had to quit my job that I needed desperately. It does happen not only at Tyson, but everywhere. On the job, off the job, at home, so think about it when you start picking on people.

I completely agree, they should indeed be held accountable.

But they will say they'll have to lay people off etc etc

Hangleft, no company is God. We each have to pay for our mistakes. I'm thinking around a million five, however I am not a laweyer.

While I agree with you Crypt unfortunately Tyson isn't known for the good employee treatment. Then Tyson pulls all the jobs from Wilkes, leaving man low-skilled workers out of a job and no prospects.

This senseless act, apparently due to incompetence and negligence, can make someone with a good lawyer, a millionare. Sometimes this is the only way to prevent a tragedy such as this one, from recurring.

I wonder if having a Tyson plant in Wilkes isn't a losing proposition... all things considered?

The Hispanic man had played a joke on Mr Win and he didn't take it too well. A lot of people that knew Mr. Win said he wasn't right in the head. So I'm assuming he was triggered and attacked the Hispanic man. The black man was attacked because he was trying to help his friend who was attacked but Mr. Win went ballistic and attacked him as well.

So the golden hour is beyond our reach, because the price is too high? People, this is unacceptable, especially when you look at what we pay some of our government employees.

Underwater and sportscaster, Baptist is one of only four level one trauma centers in the state. The cost to bring Wilkes, Watauga,Iredell, etc up to that level is
astronomical

It's Tysons fault. They want to make rules nobody can abide by, so they can keep the turnover going, and bring in people from other countries so they dont have to hire people from the county that made and built Holly Farms. They have to payt them too much, and losen up on the rules, so they bring this kind of people into the county, and unleash them on the citizens of Wilkes County. They alot more over there from 3rd world countries that could care less to kill alll of us, but you know what!! Donald Trump is going to straighten this all out. Tyson will be begging people of the county to come to work

By shipping them to Baptist they avoid having them die in house. That way they can put up banners saying they are number 1 in live discharges.

How come WRMC always ships people to baptist when it's something serious? I think our local hospital should be better equipped to deal real medical issues instead of the local pill heads trying to get a fix.

Just my observation.
