Well I chose to go to see Mark of Cain over in Mtn City, TN. Well worth the trip! I will never let anyone else do any other work on me other than this man! His work is so amazing!

In my opinion, they are all good artists. I have some work done by Derek Adams, it's bad what happened and he has to go elsewhere to open a shop, but Brandon at Electric Steel is great too! Mike Valle is also talented. It's all about preference and what kind of tattoo you are wanting done. Brandon is really good at making a tattoo come to life, giving it realistic characteristics. Derek was really good at the Sailor Jerry type tattoos and has amazing line work. IDK about Mike bc I've never seen his work in person, only photos of his work but he has talent as well! It's a strong competition here in Wilkes.

Make sure you see some of the work of Electric Steel to see if it's the caliber work you are wanting on your body for the rest of your life.

What do you mean? I never said they were closed. I said I know of them, I had heard of another one in Wilkesboro. But someone said above that they were served an order to shut down.

I have had hours of work done @electric steel and 110% satisfied with the work and customer service also they are the only ones I know who do lifetime touch ups. Everyone feels differently about artists how ever this is my opinion and people always ask where I get my work done weather at the beach or in Walmart. Good luck

I and some of my friends were inked at Valle Ink, and some of my other friends were inked at Electric Steel. We have all been equally satisfied. I'd say check out both, then choose for yourself.

The one that opened on m main street wilkesboro closed. he was served a cease and assist order. he signed a no compete contract with another shop stating he cant open a shop within 100 miles of them.
