This never actually went to court, Starkist deny any wrong doing but decided to settle as it would be cheaper than a lawsuit.

You can go to top class action lawsuits Com or Google top class action lawsuits to file claim you could recipe 50 vouchers for tuna or 25 cash refund. Better than nothin

The crooks are the class action attorneys that filed the suit to begin with. They are the only ones that will get any money
