Yes I have and it is terrible. It happens to me when I take a short nap. Nobody can explain how terrible it is unless they have experienced it. I have it when I don't go into a deep sleep. I can't move. Like it says, you are paralyzed.

BTW that is why you are so depressed all the time and want to burn everything down. You feel helpless to do anything about things you perceive as problematic for you.

What makes you think I am depressed? Ask anyone who has gotten on my bad side just how helpless I am.
Being negative all the time about everything is a sure sign of depression. If you have any strength left break that string that holds you. Also if you look at the door of your cage you will see it has been open for some time now.
You are someone to talk about someone being negative. You are one of the most negative people I have ever met.

It is why I never reach a deep sleep. It happened to me several times years ago. These days I spend couple hours every night talking myself into going to sleep.

I can sympathize with you OP. I'd suggest you go to a Doctor ASAP and have a sleep study conducted. While you're waiting try some diet changes and don't eat anything and give yourself at least 4 hours before you go to bed after your last meal or snack.

Don't drink Caffeinated Drinks/Diet Drinks of Any kind for several days and try to lower your sugar intake. Drink Water and Healthy drinks that are natural with very little additives.

Exercise as often as you can and try a little exercising right before you go to bed. Try switching Where you sleep, like sleep on a couch and not in your bedroom.

I have Severe Sleep problems due to several health problems. I have suffered for years with it but I've learned to adapt and worked with my doctor.

You'd be surprised at what all can cause you problems sleeping. Color of sheets, rooms, carpets, floors, dust, foods, drink, breathing problems, heart problems, nerve problems, mental problems. Oh the list goes on!

Just See a Doctor and Do it soon because Sleep problems can totally destroy a healthy persons health in a very short time. Not to mention it will certainly hurt you mentally and cause you all sorts of mental problems.

LOL, you are really a funny guy. You have sold your soul and your life for pie in the sky. You call me a puppet and I will tell both God and the Devil to kiss my ***. If you are not a cowardly puppet, do the same.

That is the teaching of your master and you try to do what he tells you. Your master is a defeated foe, he has no power and will flee from Christ Jesus Our Lord
I have no master. I am the master. The Gods are there to serve me. You, on the other hand, are a volunteer slave.

You are just a puppet on the string of your master. Try to get free, you can't do it , you have tried before. Your master tells you that you are in control and you want to believe it. go ahead, try to get free, all he has to do is pull you back and you give in.

sounds like you all need an exorcism, I can help with that...or maybe 1047!

Embrace your demons and set them on your enemies. The more you love your demons the more furiously they will attack your enemies.

I know that fear has torment as the Bible says in 1 John: 18There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.

I know who is perfect love, and he can cast out your fear, his Name is Christ Jesus the Lord. He has a perfect record of settling and calming everyone that comes to him in truth. If you are one of his sheep he will deliver you from all enemies. Call on him today.

here's a decent article, 2nd page describes causes and treatments.

Personally, I don't like to sleep...so I don't think I've ever been paralyzed!

This has only happened to me once many years ago. I thought I was being attacked by a poltergeist. I could not move and it felt like the ceiling had come down whole and was crushing me into the mattress. Honestly, I had never heard of sleep paralysis and thought it was a haunting.

LOL, you would. Maybe you should go back to school. You are never to old to learn.
