Well, I've been having my prescriptions filled there for 7 years and have never had a problem. Tracy is the best! I've never experienced any rudeness from any of the techs there either. Thanks Rite Aid for our store in N Wilkesboro.

I reported my incidents there to both the Rite Aid upper management and the pharmacy licensing board. The pharmacy must also report it because I had taken 2 doses before realizing the error.

I did speak with the lead pharmacy person, he told me stories about how they could get fired or fined or some bull malarkey. But thanks for the input butterfly ,I got it fixed, went to millers creek. Great help

I agree with dragonfly. I love the pharmacy and ladies up front. The original post seems like a new screen name from a previous "complainer". Makes it sound fishy, do you just like to start up complaints about random places? Believe I have read your names on other places in this town. Maybe u should pill shop elsewhere.

No problems with Rite Aid. The pharmacists and assistants have always been extremely helpful to me.

Customer service with a smile? Back in the 60's there were a couple of stores on 9th street operated by the hatefullest old devils that's ever been !!!!! Service with a smile today is a lot better than it used to be !

I'm sure there's an easy explanation here. Did they refuse to refill your pain pill prescription early even after you gave them your best sob story or did you get caught shoplifting?

Let me get this straight . . . You are accusing a company of being "rude and crude" but post a topic
containing the words "sucks blue monkey ballz"? Just a touch hypocritical, don't cha think?

Every time I go there they are very nice and go out of there way to help me and my family I also pick up meds for my family and my grandparents I have been using that pharmacy for more than 18 years and never once had a problem with anything we all have bad days and bad experiences at places I don't understand why people have to go on gowilkes to complain if I complained on here every time I had a bad experience somewhere I would probably be on here at least once a week but u need to realize that know one is perfect and there will always be something not perfect anywhere you go. If you had a bad experience the last time you was there maybe you should call and talk to whom every is in charge of the pharmacy and if it was to be something other than the pharmacy use should contact the manager remember know one is perfect

Your grandpa was very wise , sometimes I forget to do that. Hope nurse -turtle reported her experience to someone at the top .
