NO, it's obvious that I don't think it is trivial or funny....I wouldn't wish this on anyone...but you must consider that you're dealing with a drunk....you can bet your butt that by the time he gets home...he's not even going to remember what happened that particular night, most drunks have alcoholic blackouts. You're video really doesn't prove anything other than there was a fire...and that some drunken fool was doing exactly what they do best.
There doesn't seem to be any reports of this made...there doesn't seem to be any arson investigation ongoing...what is apparent here is that you two are the ones taking issue with this guys bad behavior!

That sounds like some of the restaurants after the Church Crowds let out. Especially Sunday's, some hypocrite moron yelling and screaming at the waitress or waiter. Just Typical Wilkes County Drama Bull ****, I am not sure why anyone would really be shocked. I can understand why those women were scared and that's understandable, not making light of their events but it does sound a lot like what goes on every Sunday at local eating establishments. In fact just witnessed that crap today at one of our fine dinning areas. Church crowd comes in acting all snooty in their dresses and suits, proceeded to give the Young waitress one more ordeal after another. It was bad..it was bad.
Oh, I asked and they said it was worse Especially the Call in orders! I can feel for those waitresses and waiters who have to endure that crap everyday of their lives.

We didn't see him set the fire to our well house, not HIS, well house. By the time I got the video going, he was into his verbal rampage. We are not seeking any criminal charges. We are only seeking a no contact order. For those of you interested the video:

He was standing there seconds after the fire started screaming "gonna burn you outta this neighborhood" and such. It was a hate crime in my eyes as he was screaming words like lesbian and dyke but I thinks he hates everyone in his miserable life so any crime he commits is a hate crime.
