If you are a cop, with warrants to serve, and you know several people you are looking for are drug addicts; do you go sit and wait at walmart? Because everyone goes to walmart, these people I need to arrest will be by eventually! Or do you check out information on the criminals you need to arrest, and find out they are patients at a methadone clinic? If you are not a criminal, or breaking the law, then you have nothing to fear from law enforcement.

Usually people that resort to poking fun about other people looks are lacking in some area and trying to make up for their faults by pointing out the flaws in others. It could be that maybe this person has a drug issue that makes them uncomfortable hanging around areas that cops frequent. Who knows? Cops don't make me uncomfortable so....idk?
I take that back....a highway patrolman driving behind me gives me the weebee jeebees. LOL!

Surely you could make your point without resorting to immature childish insults. Perhaps one day, you will have a loved one with physical or mental handicaps who needs to be in a Special Ed. class. Then you might understand.

Do you go sit in the dark and hope to find them.
Or do you go to watch the obvious places and follow the roaches back to the rest of the roaches.
