To call it "Synthetic Marijuana" is blatant blasphemy.

I always thought the "synthetic" marijuana was actually just mixtures of salvia and other herbs like kava but with salvia being the main ingredient.....apparently its actually synthetic....like designer weed ....but if its doing all of that.... that's pretty scary..... Just goes to show why they should legalize the real thing

Thought that was done and over with years ago. Why are they dragging it out?

Sgt, this was synthetic marijuana, not natural. The synthetic is just designed to have similar effects as marijuana, and it's very possible to overdose:

Everyone should stop in and buy something, help out these local business people.

The overdose was probably just a sketchy smoker.... Every smoking circle has that one guy that can't hang and starts sketching out on everybody....they always get really paranoid and think their hearts beating too fast or some s***

Could be like inhalants, it changes from legal to illegal when it is sold for the purpose of intoxication. I don't know about synthetic marijuana but this could be the case

OK, when it comes to NC drug laws, I'll admit I'm not the brightest crayon in the box; but if it's synthetic marijuana, where does the "illegal substance" come from, and as others have asked, if it was legal when they bought it wholesale, what changed from point A to point B when they sold it in their shop???

Who you know or who you blow shouldn't matter and whats good for the gander should be good for the goose! After cashion got his sentence that should become standard for anyone with eight lbs or less! Would that be rite? Probably not but it would be the only way for fairness and equal justice for all.

The reason cashion only got a slap on the wrist was very simply because some very powerful people in Wilkes were faced with 3 choices. Give cashion a slap on the wrist, go to prison themselves or kill cashion.

Well at least after almost 20 years Wilkes knows what Cashion really is. Now if only we could find away to out his cronies.

Truelife im not saying they should or should not be convicted but will the sentence be comparable to what cashion received? And if not is that justice?

truelifestory

Take my word for it if they get convicted they get justice.

Antithesis not confusing at all just disheartening. Unfortunately justice isn't blind which isn't justice at all.
