I like Phil Berger and he has the right idea about the requirement of voter ID. I remember in school when we voted for class president...how unfair it would have been if that child's relatives, friends and those from other schools had been allowed to vote.

Right is right and wrong is wrong no matter what your poltical affiliation is and the requirement of voter ID would, as Phill Berger puts it, preserve the integrity of the election process.
