Sounds like to me crossfire you may know Tabitha on a personal level? I had to deal with her on several occasions and caught her in many many lies in just general conversation, I think she probably done those things just to make herself look good maybe? After speaking with other people that still work there they prefer not to deal with her and try to avoid her if at all possible

You dont know the truth until you work in the office I thought Tabatha was mean at first then I seen what she does everyday when i worked in the office aND she only does whats best for her patients then she tries to help the cnas the best she can! I'd tell anyone that. I've worked for 3 other home care agencies too. Tabatha was my favorite boss out of all of them!

I had to spend time in the office after I hurt my back. The only person I seen actually doing anything other than talking about people or talking/playing on their cell phones was Tabatha. Every call I answered or problem I took went to her. She was always helpful and all the people I took care of preferred her over anyone else in that office they said the other girls would never call them back or acted rude. The only probelm I seen there was one person cannot do everything! So things were missed like I went to several people's houses and there was two people there and I had to leave. Or I never got a call about schedule changes until after words. The only reason I left was I found a job making more money and I moved to Elkin. But I told the girl that called me the problems that office has aND it's not Tabatha shes great.

The truth is always the best weapon. Just find a truth that fits your wishes.

springtime123 is right, usually all it takes to get the boss fired is proving to corporate the one truth the boss mumbled this year cost them money and you would have lied.

f you have a boss that is unreasonable then get them fired. It is not a hard thing to do. Just make sure what you do has no way to come back on you.

Some women spend more time trying to cut each others throats than they do working. There aren't any women who do my job, there may be one out there somewhere that could but she hasn't showed up yet. We do have one man who spends about half his time trying to get out of work but none of us are back stabbers. (Women you can attack me when ready.)

Maybe U should apply at WRMC......Benefits, pto, vacations and more of set schedule. When Baptist fully takes over it COULD be an even better place to work.
