Any seafood restaurant that prides itself on it's fried anything is a waste. If you believe $30 is to much to pay for good food then stick with fast food. Get out of the frying pan and order something grilled or steamed.

There is also an Italian place just down the strip mall from Lil Richards. I guess that could be the new owner. Lil Richards, Yadkin Valley Seafood, Italian, other? I guess well just have to wait and see.

They are supposed to reopen Monday but who really knows. When they decided to close they didn't tell their employes their plans until The Wednesday before they closed. That wasn't a very considerate notice. I'm sure if one of their employees were going to quit they would want at least a two week notice. That goes to show you what kind of people run the place. Hopefully the new owners will be more professional about their business. This is a great location and has the potential to be a successful business but it needs people that know what they are doing to operate efficiently. I hope all the employees who were laid off without a notice finds employment elsewhere. They deserve some kind of compensation I believe. Anyone laid off like that without a sufficient notice deserves compensation for at least two weeks. What a shame that goes on and is allowed by the government.

There was a sign on the door when we went by this evening about 5 pm and it said sorry were closed, sorry for any inconvenience. we will reopen soon. That's about all the information the sign said.

Someone posted last week that it had been sold, and 'new owners' were required to get a Health inspection.

We need a "GOOD" seafood place here!! went to don's the other night was 30.00 and wasn't any good!! It's a shame they charge that price for that bad of food!!
