Give it time. Leopards usually don't change their spots. His wife will put another brawny idea in his head and guess what?? Just give them time to contemplate, scheme and put their plan into place.

Thomas is in Burke county but not in prison. He is in a CRV camp which is a jail for people with probation violations. The camp is like a jail but you have more freedom and better food. Everyone there has less than 90 days so everyone is on their best behavior so they don't get in trouble. Thomas needed some real jail or prison time soaybe he would learn his lesson. Now he is basically at club med

You are correct. He is in Burke county. So glad to hear that justice is finally coming to him. But why Burke county?

I think the wife should be there too.

I agree totally with you graceblueeyes. Cats are you implying that Thomas was drug into this blindly and that it's all Teresa's fault, and that he was a good guy initially? I agree with all of your posts with this exception. Thomas has always been devious from what I know, back to when he as working at Oakwood's Grocery as a teenager in high school. He just got worse as he got older, and I'm sure they both influenced each other and brought out the worst in their character respectively. Anyway I here he's not on the loose, but has been transferred to Burke county. If so he's going to see what it's like to do jail time in an out of county facility, which should prove to be more of a challenge and serve as more of a punishment. Not that doing jail locally would be much fun, but being alone without a few people you know has to make it a bit scarier.

Their true colors came out. She had every body snowed for years even in school and she suckered him into her evil wa5s. I do hate it for the children but I ran out of sympathy for them years ago when she was walking on people because she thought she was bigger than everybody else I guess all them trips that they so lavishly took finally caught up but the sadder part is give it some time for this to dye down and they will think of something else. I don't know now, I haven't seen either of them in years but her children used to jot do any wrong so I guess she feels the same way about him because at some point she made statements that it was not him and they had the wrong person. Like they can pick anybody they want to arrest just for the heck of it. If thst is how it worked, I know a few people I would have picked up. Going back to when she was a teen and when they got married, she has never changed, it just took 20 some years for her to show her true color's and he fell for it all. An evil woman can drag a good man into her world and usually he is too blind to see it.

It's terribly saddening yet completely infuriating that both Thomas and Teresa have stooped to becoming that filth that grows on trash. I knew them very well years ago when they were only a tad bit pretentious, but were in church anytime the doors were open. They seemed quite the happy, "look-at-us we're successful family everyone wants to be. I had truly once thought of them as friends as well as neighbors. To this I will certainly add: Teresa's mother Nancy, who has been the church secretary for many years, is nothing more than a caring, loving, kind, gentle woman and a very loving, CHRISTIAN woman, wife, and grandmother. I can guarantee you with NO hesitation that she was IN NO MEANS involved or even the least bit aware of their deception until everyone was blindsided by their greed and dishonesty. Thomas and Teresa have subsequently removed themselves from Nancy on any level because she did NOT support their joint behavior. Nancy has, however, been the ONLY family member to try to provide for her grandchildren, including education expenses, and providing transportation for the oldest in college (which she's also paying for). Her repayment from Thomas and Teresa have simply been threats on the lives of Nancy and her husband as well as try to take their daughter's car (that Nancy bought for her as a means to have transportation at college. The Barnettes think they it is only fair that they take their daughter's car because THEY need it (apparently to run around and beg for money then take Teresa shopping). I sincerely hate it for the children and Nancy (maternal grandmother). They've been drug into an absolute mess. I can only hope and pray the remaining children at home could be removed from their evil, manipulative, greedy, selfish parents and placed with a home that would truly love and support them.

I still wonder to myself...at what point in their so called Christian lives could they begin to justify their self-centeredness at the cost of EVERYONE they supposedly loved. Was there a line that was crossed or was greed and selfishness simply brewing all along.

Well we will see how well he adheres to his probation this next go around. I have a feeling he will be challenged before long. Never really understood what he did this time around to violate his probation that caused him to actually do some time in the pokie.

This seems to have turned into a challenge for Thomas. He continues to do it because he can.

Thomas only recieved 90 days plus 12 months probation. This is not enough time for him to learn a lesson beware Wilkes he will be scamming again.

I wonder if pops is there to build up his spirits on visitation day? How does that work when your beloved ruins your life I wonder. Would I bear resentment or act like nothing happened. Sure hope I never know the answer.

I understand that T Barnette only got 180 days with credit of time served (90) days which leaves 90 days remaining. Not sure if that is true or not but he is still locked up.

He must have got punished because he is still in custody but the good wife is finding ways to still live it up. making lots of trips to App to see child in college and taking her kids to parks for recreation. According to what I know nothing will change her lifestyle or stop her. I hate it for the kids but I have no sympathy for her or him because I used to know her and it is obvious she has not changed and I dont think she ever will.

Saw a picture of this dude online and he is a SIGHT FOR SORE EYES. Dude used to be rather nice looking but theft and time haven't been good to him.
