Good because you don't know what you are talking about any way

Last I checked we were talking about properties values. Why don't ya"ll fins and underdog2 just talk to yourselves. Again the value of property is determined by the property owner. Not a bunch of hypercritical people like you two are.I can remember when my grandfather sold his land his land for next to nothing. Nothing being 200.00 a acre.Land values go up and down. Who in the heck would ever know how much Eustace would ever what for his land? After all the land is in his hands.. So as I said earlier I am done with you two idiot's.

I dont think smork has any idea what they did in heavenly mountain.

Fins

Posted 8:06 pm, 02/27/2013

Lmao. Smonkey, have you ever been in heavenly mountain? It's a ghost town, and the original buyers are taking pennies on the dollar of what they originally paid.

underdog2

smork, values have not just dipped the bottom fell out. If you would bother to look around you would notice the million dollar homes lost up here to foreclosure not to mention the 100's of developments banks have had to eat. If you know real estate I never touched a drop of liquor in my life.

Offered for sale is this choice Bank-Owned 2.06 acre building lot in the heart of the Heavenly Mountain community, a private gated community close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and only minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Boone and Blowing Rock. The end of the cul-de-sac lot is wooded, gently sloping, and offers seasonal mountain views. The lot is located approximately mid-way between the lower entrance into Heavenly Mountain and the ridge top. Lots in this part of Heavenly Mountain community previously sold in the $400,000-$500,000 range. Very serene setting with endless possibilities.

Being that there is absolutely no useful information in that, then yeah, I would say you do

Need I say more?

No, it's not an opinion. It's an educated conclusion. Anyone that says "it's a matter of opinion" on any subject, is clearly an uninformed idiot. As for my Internet usage, throw away that desktop and get unplugged.

Its on the down slope of the mountain, miles from anything. Eustace has never combined his land, he has 3 pages of parcels.

i'll have to google those places...i am always getting these real slick postcards and brochures from developers who are parceling out these tracts...i always pitch them without looking too closely...

smonk

That's is your opinion. Everyone has one. Again land is in the eye of the beholder. How much land have you ever sold? How are you are in real estate or construction? Because it seems to me you are on here 24-7? You and dumbdog are both so knowledgeable I just don't know what go wilkes would do without you two.

Laurelmoore don't even mention that name they ruin some of the best bear hunting around

Fins

Posted 7:35 pm, 02/27/2013

Based on Heavenly Mountain and Laurelmoore, the logical conclusion would be no.

well, that's wha it read, and heard from land guys. i am not familiar enough with the land values there...but it makes sense.

are the nearby mountaintops desirable? golf clubs, etc?

Fins

Posted 7:26 pm, 02/27/2013

I've also been involved in construction and developing for over 30 years. I know what areas are desired and what aren't. I know what can't be given away and what they will stand in line to beg for. Triplet isn't a popular area.

Smork fins holds a real estate license and I have been developing land for 30 years. We both know the values of land in both counties and then some.

You would be doing yourself a disservice by not taping into our vast knowledge of subjects and you should make your own account here and stop using your wifes.

First of all this is her husband and I'm not wasting any more time on you Idiots ... I am in the construction business and have been for 20 plus years in the mountain regions. Have you idiots bothered to look at land prices in the Watauga and Ashe area? His land is surrounded with some of the most expensive land in Watauga. The value of land is in the eye of the beholder. His land has not been timbered and is very secluded. If you are so f****** smart fins and underdog then what do you think his land is worth? Neither of you have a clue about land or the value of it.
