This is what is going to happen. Clinton wins the election,Obama turns the DOJ and FBI loose on her before she takes office. They indict her and Obama declares marshall law giving him four more years.

No it's not. They've had hearing after hearing and are still content to occupy their time in office pretending as though they are a judicial branch of government instead of a legislative branch. Imagine what progress that they could have made if they did not share your quoted sentiment. I'm not saying that they should have agreed with Obama on issues that they had fundamentally sound disagreements, but they should have been spending more time worrying about their responsibilities as lawmakers and the opportunity that they have to improve the lives of the people that elected them. They could have spent their time trying to move the proverbial ball forward in a positive direction. Instead, they've spent 8 years trying to keep the ball from moving at all.
