Things happen. No company is perfect. I have Centurylink and I've had some issues, but it always comes back up. If you're that unhappy then find another provider.

Mine with Charter was off about 7 or 8 hrs. at the first of the week. Just give Charter about 7 hrs. and they will have it up and running just as great as ever.
