i bet next time i will investigate a little more before i let dope feinds and sexual predators come into my home,no joke,you can google him,marty eric roten,thats the kind of people cecil blevins brings into our homes.the judge was on my side and she beleived every word my wife and i said and the proof we showed her,but she said it was civil and not criminal.But you cant go after him for anything because he put everything in his daughters name to save it from the people he put thescrews to so what do you do?That man dont care how much danger he puts his own family in either,someday,someway,he will screw the wrong one **** and they get to just run around and screw good people out of whatever they want and he has been doing this for over 25 years?i tried everything i could and even had him locked up twice and he still walked? **** i hope like **** i am around when they get theres.

I agree that CB is a lying sack of s__t! Hired him to do some work for me and he screwed up everything he touched. I had to have everything ripped out and redone. Sorriest excuse for a professional I have ever seen. Had cause and grounds to sue but was so glad to be rid of him that I took the loss. I hope that anyone that is considering hiring him will think twice.

By the way, this incident was one of the key reason Gary Parson was investigated and fired.

gang of people started a fight in one of my businesses. I told them to never come back and the police told them to never come back. The next night they came back and pushed in my door and started another fight. The cops arrested them. We went to court. I heard the judge tell the DA she need to leave early and to end the case. She was concerned because there were about 30 people involved and it was going to take hours to hear all the people. Everyone was charged with a fray. Even me. I went thinking it was a clear cut case. These people came to my business forced their way in after they were told not to by me and the cops and started a fight with my customers. Later I realized it was a set up. I think the cops sent them there to cause trouble.

Two things about going to court. One, no one in the court is concerned about justice. They just want to end a case and go home on time. Second, be prepared, crooked people lie and the court don't care as long as the case ends and they get to go home on time. If you go to court thinking you are going to get justice just because you are right, you will be disappointed.

What did he/his business do? Did he have a friend in the courthouse?

well cecil blevins got by with it again,took him to court and him and his crew?got up there and lied so bad i thought the whole courthouse was going to vomit.the people he has working for him?drug addicts and sexual predators,atleast i got to find that out,marty eric roten is a registered sex offender and cecil blevins brought these kind of people into my house?and rob me to boot and get to walk away scott free?some day he will screw the wrong one and it will get ugly for him and his,thanks for letting me vent
