We go to Bojangle's in Millers Creek ALOT! Our order is never wrong and the food and service is always great. I really hate when a good restaraunt gets bashed from a couple of unhappy customers.

unforgetable: BTW, the correct spelling is "unforgettable." It sounds like you WON'T BE PLEASED no matter what. Why don't you have cereal at home and let the world be a happier place for everyone else!

Oh by the way Hepsibah, it sounds like you are the one at the drive-thru at Bojangles!!!! Get it yourself you say, well not easy to get it yourself when you are in your car at the drive-thru. And by the way, not that it is any of YOUR business, I could go in, if there were ample parking!!!! But there isn't. So, go chew on that for awhile.

Actually, I love Mama Zoe's too! I get delicious seafood, wonderful service, and a great atmosphere all for a REAL BARGAIN!

Some people just don't want to expend the energy to be nice to people. You can learn a lot about someone if you listen to what they complain about!

Hepsibah, I am so happy you ALWAYS leave there HAPPY!!!! Maybe some of us don't!!!! OK.. Why don't you now go to Mama Zoe's topic and read about unhappy customers there and just leave the Bojangle's topic, since you are so HAPPY!!!!

When you people don't get what you want initially and have to ask for it, why does that irritate you so? I ALWAYS get what I want, even if I have to ask for it, and they are happy to give it to me!! I leave there feeling good EVERY time.

Why do YOU choose to leave feeling differently? Perhaps it's you and not them!

I am going to chime in on the Bojangle's in Millers Creek. My order is wrong more than it is right... My order is very simple and when I get to the window and look in my bag, I am usually missing a straw, plasticware and my sweetner; I specifically ask for sweetner and would assume the employee knows drink (a straw) jelly biscuit (jelly and something to spread the jelly). So, when I have to ask again, the employee gets an attitude. Without customers, that employee wouldn't have a job!!! When working with the public esp. in a restaurant, employees should have a clean appearance, not too much to ask in my opinion. And it doesn't sound like the person posting this is not happy with their life. It sounds legimate to discuss this or any other topic one wishes. Don't slam someone, who is only expressing about poor service they have been receiving at a restaurant!!! Why does it always have to be a former disgruntled employee??? Some of you need to get a life and leave the person making the post alone!!!! No, I am no former employee!!!!

Hey speakitlikeyouseeit, I didn't mean to come across like that, but sometimes we get in a rut and only notice the bad things in life. I'm just saying that I don't know what you are going through in life and not judging, but just to make you aware that maybe it is something you are going through verses the service you got. Really didn't mean any hard feelings.

Speakit: Okay, then why don't you make sure that you have everything you need before leaving the window?

AND - if you're NICE ABOUT IT, you just might get sufficient cooperation!

Hepsibah- I would like to start by saying I would love to go inside and get my own ustensils when they should be GIVEN to be when going through the drive through, but unlike you Hepsibah who has the ability to go into Bojangles everyday I do not...I have no legs! I am in a wheelchair so it's much more convent for me to go through the drive through and ask for my condiments (that should be given to me) rather than parking my van, maneuvering myself to the back into my chair, opening my side door, letting down my ramp, and wheeling into Bojangles to get my condiments that you get so easily get everyday. So as you can see this is why I am so upset to the fact that Bojangles can never seem to get my order correct, it's a HUGE pain for me. So my discussion is over I was just curious as to how many other people had problems with this Bojangles.

Speakit: Why don't you do like the rest of us do and GET YOUR CONDIMENTS AND YOUR PLASTIC UTENSILS FROM THE STATION and STOP ASKING THE EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THEM?

I do this every day and it always works out!!!!

PLEASE find something else to complain about!

Key lime-This post clearly was to talk about the service, quality, and issues associated with the Bojangles in Millers Creek. So if you would have read my posts clearly then you would have understood that! I do not think I am better than the employees that work at the Bojangles, I do however think if I worked there I would be able to read an order and complete it correctly with the condiments the customers ask for, it's not rocket science! As far as the appearance of the employees I do think they need to cover up their acne ( they are not young workers 30+ so their puberty stage is over) because it's not a becoming feature to look at when ordering a meal!!! So key lime, if you only wrote to cut me down, you shouldn't have wrote...because thats not what this discussion post is about!!!!

Oh so speakitlikeiseeit what kind of service do you deserve, maybe you see yourself as perfect and see flaws in everyone else. Maybe it's you with the issue than with Bojangles and thier employees with acne that most of us go through when we are young. Maybe you are looking for the bad in life. Maybe you should ask what you want instead of assuming everyone can read your mind. Maybe the employee is new, everyone has to be trained to do the job, no one is born with all the answers and knowledge. Just think about it.
