brandi
If I remember you correctly from a place I worked at on third shift, and judging by your area of jonesville location. I can say the facility has zero reception. I use and still do Bark, and once you get away from the premises it can be a pretty good carrier. It still uses CW towers, and 611 will go to their call center. This doesn't help much, since you have a adverse disposition to the company, but even Verizon will use CW towers for their coverage.

Smart arse,i am very well aware of that but if you happen to happen to have a problem with your phone at Verizon you are treated with respect unlike Carolina Worst Wireless. I have had a cell phone for almost 30 years, have experience with mobile communications for years before I got a mobile phone. I think I know more than a little about phones.

Just do you Verizon fans know, when you use your phone anywhere in Wilkes,Surry or a few other places you are on CWW towers.

It could be the fact they never got the payment. When the postal service changed over their sorting of mail in Greensboro they had all sorts of problems. This was a few years back. Anyway it was somekind of new machine that sorted it. I had paid a insurance payment & about a month later i got a statement it had not been paid. So moving along i paid it over the phone. About two months later i received a letter in mail with the payment i had made. The envelope & check was torn all too Hello. They wrote all kind of apologies & troubles they had processing mail due too new machines sorting mail, but they had it corrected.Anyway things have been okay since. Yet if you had a picture ID of check clearing bank they would have too honor it anyway.

I had checks and everything. It didn't do any good. Their accounting system and customer service was so bad it did no good.

That is why you keep records that you paid it such as a receipt or if you paid it online, print out a confirmation or screenshot. Businesses aren't always perfect and they are humans too. Are you going to leave your current phone company if they ever happen to do the same?

I am not saying it is their fault that I forgot a bill. I am saying it is their fault that their accounting and billing program was so bad they they couldn't tell that I did get around to paying it.

It is not CW's fault that you didn't pay your bill on time. You don't pay your bill, then that's where the problem starts. You should have kept a document that says you paid your outstanding bills.

Now that you are talking about pills, I actually know some of CW's employees.

Springy that's where you messed up. You paid for the pills & forgot about the actual bill, easy to understand. Remember to pay necessary bills before the pills.

I think all cell phone carriers use basically the same towers. Yet they don't have enough to cover all the cell users and areas. They don't have the money to put up more. If everybody canceled their service with whomever their carrier, you couldn't even walk for new towers.

I forgot to pay my bill on time one month with CW. By the time I had paid the bill they had sent out another one with 2 months on it but I had paid the pill just before I got that bill. I just took that amount off and paid them . They were convinced I had not paid the bill. After about 2 months of fighting with them, I repaid their bill in order to keep my phone. They cut off my phone any way. So, after fighting with them for another 2 months, I called them to find out what I had to do to get my phone back on. They give me an amount. I paid that amount. They still never turned my phone back on. I called them again and tried to explain and asked them why they hadn't turned my phone on and they told me I still owed then money. I had enough at this point. I cursed them and told them where they could put my phone. I were to Sprint.

And straight talk uses verizon towers and I can tell you right now if straight talk didn't work for me then verizon won't either.

Everyone keeps saying how bad CWW customer service is but hasn't explained why they needed customer service. When I said I'm not worried about the phone I'm worried about the service I meant the phone service and coverage...

Verizon uses Carolina West's towers. I don't understand why people need a cell service provider to have customer service. What would you need to ask them?
