Well I see I just referred to 'cars' in my post as 'cards'. Have a feeling my wide butt would find it hard to ride a card! lol

Nothing beats a Chevrolet product. I have always had a Chevrolet of some type for the last fifty years and have never had one problem with any of them. See the USA in your Chevrolet, America is asking you to call. Remember that commercial.

I agree with highway101 my old Dodge Van with the 318 motor hauled a lot of hippie girls around in the 70's. It never left us stranded.

I just wish they made Dodges like they used to. No all the makes but some were very good cards that would go many miles before the junkyard.

I owned a 1956 Opel when I lived in Germany.30 hp 3 speed on column.I used 1 st gear a lot of times driving thru the Alps. Looked similar to a 1954 Chevrolet but a more smaller version. The VW only had roughly 30 hp also.

So I the Mustang wasn't the best made car.
I suppose my Subaru Outback was my most reliable car. Move to Charleston and did really need it so I traded for an Acura TLX.

I'm sure the OP was taking a bit of creative license with how many cars they've owned, let's not beat them up. As said, at least it isn't a political thread.
My first car was a 1984 Mustang and I thought I was it. I was until I had to keep IT up. My parents didn't buy it for me nor pay insurance so IT made ME get a job.

I had a friend who was a mechanic for the Mercedes dealer near Raleigh. He said Mercedes were terrible cars to own, and were not worth the price. I've never had one but I have had both BMW and Acura. Either one was a great car.

Back in the day, I had a Porsche 928s. Drove it across country a couple times. Don't ask abt Montana.
Just yesterday, I drove a friend's new 2017 merc/amg gle63s . Impressive. I'm not down with all the gimmicks, though. Like projecting the Mercedes logo on the driveway at night.

That's not how long it takes to be built. It's how often one rolls out the end of the line.

I have a friend who has had one for about 3 years now. She says it is as good as any car she's owned. They look very high-end, too.
Bestill (view profile) Posted 5:47 am, 08/31/2016 My newest car is a KIa, and I am uber impressed.

Every brand but Lexus and Bentley? First, Lexus is nothing more than a polished up Toyota, and secondly, you would have to have owned Thousands of cars. Take a look at this. You've owned all but a Toyota and a Bentley? Come off that. https://www.globalca...and-logos/

I wish I hadn't traded my '82 Tomos Silver Bullet for 20 ga. shotgun. It was a beauty.
