Nope but that sounds like a setup or scam I would block him. That is way too shady for comfort. It's crazy. Noone does that. Please be careful. This is definitely criminal type behavior. There are alot of psychos out there in the world today. People are desperate too and they will kill and steal to make money to buy drugs or feed whatever addictions they have. Just being real. I hope that's not overly heavy.
