Went ever I kept softball scorebook I kept up with pitch count, also the pitching coach did also.

Counting is not the problem, enforcing it will be !

will this include middle school as well?

I think it has been needed for a long time. Sometimes parents and coaches do not use good judgement. Both score keepers should keep count. Plus the press box if one is operating.

What are your thoughts on the pitch count rules? Who is going to be responsible for counting pitches?
