This is really to just comment on ls0403's review. It's rude to show up at 845 knowing they close at 9. Do you expect to have your order taken, drinks prepared, food prepared, food eaten, table cleaned, check paid within 15 minutes? HELLO, NO! I don't work in any restaurant business, but I will NOT go into a restaurant knowing they're closing that soon.

I've eaten at Koto's since they first opened and used to really like it. In the past year, the food quality has been hit or miss. Sometimes overcooked or undercooked and quality of seafood has changed. However, I will no longer patronize this restaurant after being treated rudely. My family pulled up to the front door at almost 8:45pm on a Thurs. night. The manager, cashier and a waitress were all at the front desk. When the waitress saw us start to get out, as we were approaching the door, she quickly changed the sign to CLOSED. They all stood there pretending they didn't see us. How rude! I called the manager to verify that they still close at 9pm. He confirmed that they do. My family won't go back. I'll take my hard earned money to restaurants that appreciate the business.

THE FOOD IS AWSOME!!!! I ALWAYS GO THRU THE DRIVETHRU AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS AND ACTUALLY GET WAY MORE FOOD THEN IF I WERE TO GO INSIDE!!!

The food at Koto's is always really good, and it's always more than I can eat, so I get two meals out of one by taking home the leftovers. Everytime I've been there the service has been great, but the waiter I got last time was exceptional. I would recommend Koto's to everyone.

I like the rice yes, but i got sick from the shrimp...it wasnt cooked. I like the soup too lol The service is bad, there is this one waitress who is so hateful. Fuji's is way better!

I have always liked Koto's because the food is very good for what you pay and it is resonable. I love their carrots and that you can sub a salad for an extra side of carrots. The prices are very good conisdering other places you may go that are Japanese. However, i will say that majority of the time i do go through the drive through window and that works out great...better than going inside,,,, i think!!
