the food on brushy mtn i wouldn feed it to a dog if i thought anything of it ....that one cook took his hat off one day and was rubbing his head in that greasy looking hair and didn wash his hands went back to handling the food very nasty

worst food in wilkes county.good chance its the worst in the state of north carolina

i love the coffee house on 18 and brushy mtn..

I eat at the Coffee House on hwy. 18 North, Sparta Rd. North Wilkesboro, all the time. Let me tell u there food is great. They also give u good portions for the money. I highly recommend that if ur on this side of Wilkes County, that u stop here to eat. This is a wonderful place to eat.
