I, likewise, make London Broil the same as sweet & sincere except I also add 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup and I use the store brand of regular mushroom soup. For more gravy just add an extra cup of water. Delicious!

I make chicken n' dumplins in the crock pot. I don't really have a recipe. I just put the chicken breasts in raw, cover with cream of chicken soup and low sodium chicken broth. I season with salt, pepper, onion powder, poultry seasoning. I add about half a stick of butter. (Not healthy, but yummy). Let that cook for a few hours until you can shred the chicken easily. Shred the chicken and add it back to the stock. Turn on high and add either canned biscuits cut into pieces or make your own biscuit dough and drop in. Cook for another 30 minutes to an hour, until biscuits are done inside.

This is easy and very adaptable to your own taste. Change up the seasonings, some people add veggies, use lower fat/ lower sodium soup and broth.

I was in a hurry one day, an I had a whole chicken thawed ready to go into my slow cooker, as I was cleaning the bird I realized that my slow cooker was way in the back of my pantry. However.. my crock pot was sitting on the top of my counter! So,., I thought why not??? right? so I stuck the bird in. dumped some seasonings inside of it, an some butter. Put the lid on, an set the temp. When I had gotten home,, wow~~ it was awesome!!!! I did have to cook it a bit longer for the parts near a bone... ( for some reason those parts seem to take longer to get done. ) but the rest of the bird was falling off into the plate .. tender an SO good!! I will never go back to the slow cooker for the whole birds..
