Tasty Autumn bundt cake!


1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix (4-serving size)
3/4 cup of water
1/3 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons (separate) of dark rum
4 eggs
1/2 cup of vanilla frosting
1/4 cup of chopped pecans


Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, sour cream, butter, 1/4 cup of rum, and eggs on low for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes. Pour in bundt cake pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan, then cool for another 2 hours.

Microwave frosting uncovered on medium heat for 15 seconds to soften. Stir in 2 teaspoons of rum, then pour over top of cake so that some drizzles down the side. Sprinkle with pecans.
