Come live the adventure at the Wilkes Library Con! The Wilkes Library Convention is a FREE family friendly event that celebrates the Sci-Fi and Fantasy books that inspired some of today's hottest movies. From 10:00 AM till 4:00 PM meet authors, artists, and costume groups from around the state, enjoy one of our interactive panels, get a FREE zombie makeover, and get your photo taken with some of your favorite Sci-Fi characters. This year we are proud to announce the first ever Droid Race and all new Comic Book Lounge. We will also feature a Super Hero themed Kids Zone and so much more! Come out to support the library and enjoy a day of out of this world fun!
