Private Violence: The Movement Against Battering

At 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 28th, Kit Gruelle, a nationally known domestic violence survivor, educator, and film producer, will present a preview of her documentary film Private Violence: The Movement Against Battering in America. The film weaves stories of domestic violence victims, abusers, police, and court workers. This program is presented by SAFE, Inc. and Wilkes Community College. There is no charge and the public is invited to attend.
