There will be an Open House at the Black Cat Railroad Station on Saturday, Sept.8th,2012 and everyone is invited to attend. Lots of fun to be had by all, young and old alike. We have Thomas The Tank layouts for the tykes, that they can run on their own and for the Big Boys and Girls we have a large HO Scale Model, running at least 10 trains at the same time. We have loosely recreated the area of the Depot in the 1950's, in North Wilkesboro which brings a bit of nostalgia to us Older folks. There is NO admission charge however donations are greatly appreciated to help defray costs of operations. Come and have some fun Saturday between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 PM.
