The leaves are changing, the air is getting cooler and it�s time to mark your calendar for the Wilkes Family YMCA Fall Festival!

The annual event will be held from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. The two hour event is open to the community. Children attend free and adult tickets are just $1. The event is sponsored by the North Wilkesboro Kiwanis Club.
Fun-filled activities will be held in the gym including carnival games like the Milk Bottle Toss, Double Shot Basketball, Frog Fling, Kick-n-Score, Hi-Striker, Paper Wad War, in addition to the bounce house! Prizes will be awarded at each game. The event will also include face-painting and a cake walk.

Outside the Y, enjoy hay rides along the River�s Edge runway on tractors (courtesy of Blue Ridge Tractor). Wear warm clothes as it could be a little chilly. Refreshments will be for sale including popcorn, pretzels, animal crackers, cupcakes, fruit snacks and juices.
