Public Event · by mamabehr

Saturday, Jun. 23, 2012

On Saturday June 23rd From 12pm~~5pm the Family and Friends of Linda Ratliff Miller will be holding a Benefit Hotdog Supper and Silent Auction to help her with medical expenses and to buy much needed medications. Here is a bio of her conditions:Linda suffers from congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. There is no cure for neither. She has suffered a stroke, and her heart only works 22%.She was told in July 2011 that the only thing that would save her was a heart lung transplant. She has been seen by the transplant doctors@University of Kentucky, and was turned down due to her age and health. She has been told that if she takes good care of herself she could maybe have one more year.A day for her is 21 different medications, 2 inhalers,a breathing machine and oxygen 24/7 use.It is hard for her to walk anywhere now and she must use a chair to get places. If you know Linda she doesn't handle this well. She just had surgery to open the carotid artery on the right side,it was 99% blocked. Her hospital and medicine cost are rising each day.She and her husband live on Social Security Disability.

Plates will be $4.00..that's 2 hotdogs chips brownie and drink
Auction tickets are 5 tickets for $2.00
Tickets for Handmade Quilt $5.00 a piece
God Bless and Hope to see everyone there
